PremiseCheck: Efficient Fact-Checking of Human and AI Peer Reviews

TL;DR PremiseCheck splits a review comment into explicit premises without reading the paper and checks each premise against the paper with a small decision model, matching GPT-5.5 accuracy across three fields at about half the cost.
